CAP Accreditation Application
On April 2, representatives from the College of American Pathology (CAP) visited the lab as part of the review of the lab’s CAP accreditation application. The review went very well and it's expected they will issue the accreditation soon. CAP certification is the “gold standard” seal of approval for clinical laboratories and certifies the AWHG lab as being one of the highest quality laboratories among its peers.
